If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, our return and refund policy offers simple and hassle-free options. Returns

Eligibility Criteria:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
The return must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date.
The item must be in the original packaging with all tags intact.

Return Process:

Initiate Return: Contact our customer support team at info@thehouseofrajpadmini.in or call us at +91-996777115 within 15 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and the reason for return.
Acknowledgment: Once your return request is approved, you will receive an email with detailed instructions on how to return your item.
Shipping: Pack the saree securely in its original packaging. Ensure that all tags and labels are intact. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions. Note:- We will refund the shipping cost along with original refund amount
Refund: Refund will be processed in the original payment method within 7 working days from the date we received the return

Refunds

Refund Process:

Once your return is received, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
