Quilted cotton is the same technique behind quilted jackets — three layers of cotton plus batting, diamond-stitched together by hand. The result is a bag that's soft to touch, structured to carry, and unfazed by everything from leaking tiffins to monsoon downpours.

Tech sleeves look like tech sleeves — black neoprene, plastic zipper, branded with the laptop maker's logo. They scream IT helpdesk. Ours doesn't. Hand-quilted in 250 GSM cotton, lined with smooth cotton inside, finished with an external zip pocket for the charger and cables. Fits a 13, 14, 15, or 16-inch laptop. Looks like an accessory. Protects like a sleeve. Comes in indigo, azure, grey, classic yellow, and white-and-blue.

Quilting is one of those crafts that looks simple from the outside and isn't. Three layers of cotton, a batting in between, diamond stitching by hand to bind them — the same technique behind heritage rezais, now applied to bags built for sabzi runs, office commutes, and Karva Chauth lists.
Each bag passes through six pairs of artisan hands in our Jaipur studio — from cutting to final stitch. The math is honest: a real handcrafted bag should cost what these cost, and last longer than anything imported. That's the bargain.
Before you order
Can I really machine-wash these?
Yes — cold cycle, mild detergent, air dry. The cotton softens beautifully with each wash, and the prints stay sharp. We've tested 50+ wash cycles before retiring a sample. Avoid the dryer; line-drying preserves the shape and colour.
Are the pouches actually waterproof?
The inner lining is PVC-backed cotton — water beads off, doesn't soak through. The Alfred Edition pouches and combo pouches are designed to contain leaks (shampoo, sunscreen, hand cream) inside the pouch so the rest of your bag stays dry. The outer cotton can get damp; the inside contents stay protected.
How big are the totes really?
The Bazaar Bhoot Shopping Tote is roughly 16x14 inches with 6+ inch depth — fits a week's vegetables (6 kg) or a laptop, charger, lunchbox, and notebook. The Artisan Bloom Tote is 16x16 inches. The combo totes are similar to Bazaar Bhoot.
Will my laptop fit the sleeve?
Yes — the sleeve is sized for 14-inch laptops but comfortably fits 13-, 15-, and 16-inch models including MacBook Air, MacBook Pro 14/16, and most Windows laptops in that range. The padded interior is 40.6 x 30.5 cm. The external zip pocket fits a charger, cable, and pen drive.
What's the difference between the two combos?
The Super Mom's Combo (₹1,399) leans daily-use — colourways and prints chosen for everyday wear. The Festive Gifting Combo (₹1,499) has deeper, festive prints and gift-ready presentation, designed to give as-is for Diwali, Karva Chauth, weddings.
