Step 2: Tell us your quantity

For orders of 5–24 units, simply place the order on the website and select your preferred products. For orders of 25+ units, write to us first — we'll quote volume pricing and confirm stock availability for your timeline.

Step 4: Delivery

We ship across India. For corporate orders, we can deliver to a single corporate address or split-ship to individual employee/client addresses (small split-ship fee applies). Free shipping on the standard order. COD available on regular orders; for bulk orders we typically work on advance + balance terms.

What's the minimum order quantity?

There is no minimum. You can order a single unit if you'd like to send one client gift. Volume discounts kick in from 25 units and scale up from there.

Can you customize the bags with our company logo?

Not at the moment. Our positioning is "curated heritage gifts" — products that are memorable because of their craft and origin, not because of branding on them. For most corporate gifting use cases, this works in your favour: recipients keep using a bag with a beautiful Jaipur block print, whereas they'd often retire one with a corporate logo on it. If logo branding is essential for your brief, we may not be the right fit — but if you're open to a different kind of gift, we tend to be the right fit.

Can you do custom packaging?

For very large orders (250+ units) we can discuss branded gift packaging or insert cards. For standard orders, gifts ship in our standard heritage packaging — which is itself a strong unboxing experience.

What's the typical lead time for bulk orders?

5–7 working days for orders of 25–49 units. Up to 21 working days for orders of 250+ units. For Diwali season, we recommend confirming orders by mid-September to ensure on-time delivery.

Do you split-ship to multiple addresses?

Yes. For employees working from different cities or for VIP client lists, we can ship individual units to individual addresses. A small split-shipping fee applies, calculated based on the number of distinct addresses.

What's your return policy on bulk orders?

For corporate orders, we accept returns on defective or damaged units (replaced free of charge). Bulk orders, by their nature, are non-returnable unless there's a quality issue — please confirm your selection before placing the order.

Can we get a sample before ordering?

Yes. For potential bulk orders of 50+ units, we can ship 1–3 sample products at standard retail price. If you proceed with the bulk order, we'll credit the sample cost against your final invoice.

Do you provide GST invoices?

Yes. All our orders come with proper GST-compliant invoices. We're a registered business based in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
